You can earn from multiple suppliers and points will be pooled into one account for you to redeem on almost anything you want.

Earning points from a programme partner is easy. Select who you want to earn from via our Business Directory – if you already have a trade account with this supplier, we’ll apply to have you set up to earn points, alternatively, contact the supplier directly and let them know you want to open an account and earn GetGenuine points.

Once your trade account has been set up and connected to your GetGenuine membership, you’ll start earning points from that supplier, provided you meet their terms and conditions.

Points+Pay

Points + Pay is a flexible payment option that allows you to use a combination of points and cash to get your rewards faster. If you don’t have enough points, you can still get the rewards you want, right now, by using our Points+Pay service.

How it works:

  1. Find the reward you want on the Rewards Shop
  2. Add the item to your cart
  3. When you get to the checkout you will prompted to top up. Mastercard, Visa credit card and valid debit cards are accepted.

With the My Rewards app, you can keep track of your points balance, redeem rewards, get the latest news, offers, promotions and more.

Visit the GetGenuine Business Directory, select who you want to earn points from and submit your details. Alternatively, you can email info@getgenuine.co.nz or call 0800 99 76278.

If you already have an account with a supplier, let us know your account number and we’ll take it from there. If not, you can contact them directly and let them know you want to open an account and earn GetGenuine reward points.

There are no membership fees. Signing up is free and easy.

There are 250+ suppliers offering reward points on genuine parts purchases, plus additional programme partners you can earn from. Browse our Business Directory to choose who you want to earn from, set up an account and talk to the supplier about earning GetGenuine points.

There is no limit on the number of partners you can earn points from – the more you are connected with the faster your points balance will grow and the more rewards you can get!

You can view your points balance and transaction history any time by logging into your GetGenuine app or into the online Rewards Shop.

You will also receive regular email updates that include your points balance, rewards, the latest offers and more.

Let us know who you want to earn points from via the Business Directory, by emailing us, or call 0800 99 76278. Alternatively, you can talk to the supplier directly and they can choose to add you to the programme.

You can redeem anytime on the Rewards Shop or via your GetGenuine app. Simply log in with your email address and password to make a redemption. If you don’t know your password, give us a call and we can reset it for you.

The app is the easiest way to check your points, redeem rewards, keep up to date with the latest news, enter competitions, receive the hottest deals and more.

To download the app, visit the Google Play or App Store and search ‘GetGenuine’. Login using your email address and click ‘reset password’ to be emailed a link to finalise set up.

Points risk expiry three years after the date they were issued. We will advise you of your points that risk expiry via your GetGenuine email updates and redemption emails, so be sure to check your inbox.

You will be given 90 days to spend your points before your account is closed down.
