GetGenuine GetRewards™ is the automotive industry's leading coalition loyalty programme rewarding the trade for their Genuine parts purchases. In addition to over 300 franchise dealerships, members can also earn points from complementary business partners such as Caltex, Meridian Energy, Deloitte, Chevron Oil and many more.

How many other GetGenuine GetRewards participating businesses can I get reward points from?
There’s no limit! All participating dealerships and programme partners offer points. The more you have accounts with, the more rewards points you can accumulate.

If I deal with some of the other GetGenuine participating businesses in the programme, can I get reward points from them as well?
Yes! You will need to contact the participating business as it is up to them to sign you up to earn points with them.
I deal with some of the participating businesses in the programme, but don’t get any points from them?
Good question! You will need to discuss this with the participating business and quote your GetGenuine member number. It is up to the participating business to register you to the programme.
How do I know how many points I have got?
Simple! For instant access to your account login here. GetGenuine will also send you 2 points statements a year. Alternatively, call us free on 0800 99 76278.
How long after purchasing goods and services from a participating business will I see the points appear on my account?
It is a 3 month process. For example if you purchased in April and paid your account on time in May, you will receive your points in June.
Will my GetGenuine points ever expire?
Points risk expiry 3 years after the date they were issued.
Does it cost me anything to become a member?
No forms, no fees, no unexpected costs... it's simple! As a member, the GetGenuine GetRewards programme costs you absolutely nothing! You earn points from dealerships and other business partners in the GetGenuine programme by simply purchasing from them and paying your account on time. The only condition here is that the dealership or participating business must register you for the GetGenuine programme at their end.
If you are not earning points from a dealer or business partner in the programme please contact them immediately, otherwise get in touch with us by filling out the form on our Contact page or by giving us a call on 0800 99 76278 and we can follow up at our end.
How do I know if I am registered to the GetGenuine programme?
When you open an account with a participating GetGenuine business you will be sent an introduction pack with the latest catalogue of rewards and a list of participating GetGenuine businesses you could potentially collect points from.
How do I make a redemption from the online Reward Shop?
You must be logged into the website to make a redemption. Go to the Spend Points page to search rewards using keywords, categories and points range. From here you will be directed to our Reward Shop where you can access your account information, access your points and treat yourself with the latest rewards.
What if I want to redeem points for an item that is not in the rewards catalogue or on the website?
We believe you deserve the very best so if you don't find your 'dream reward' in our large selection of online rewards, call us on 0800 99 76278 or click on the Dream Rewards section in the Reward Shop to find out more information. We'll do all we can to deliver exactly what you've been dreaming of.
Please note: there are some criteria that your dream reward needs to fit into so once you know what you're interested in give our reward specialists a call with the details and we'll contact the supplier to arrange the transaction. Any travel redemption paid for with reward points must be booked through our call centre. We reserve the right to decline payment for any travel booked by other means. All flights and accommodation are booked in association with our exclusive travel partner House of Travel (call 0800 99 76278 or email rewards@getgenuine.co.nz).
If I don’t have enough points to redeem a particular reward can I top up with money?
Yes, you can use our Points + Pay facility to purchase rewards, with the option of paying by credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted only) or direct debit.
How long will I have to wait for my reward to arrive after placing an order?
Rewards are couriered directly to you. The standard time is 10-15 working days. If you do not receive your reward within this timeframe please call us on 0800 99 76278.
What do I do if my reward is faulty, damaged or if I receive the wrong one?
All rewards come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please notify GetGenuine immediately and we will organise with the supplier what to do next.
